DIY: Russel Halloween Costume

- 0.5 m of orange fabric
- 0.25 m of brown fabric
- iron on transfer sheets
- 2 beige felt sheets
- yellow baseball cap
- hot glue gun
- optional: dowel for the flag
I believe the google imaged I found for the badges is this one! i.pinimg.com/7...
make sure to resize it so it fits a letter page in Paint or something :)

Sorry but if u want to you can just purchase a female scout uniform, and then go from there instead of the polo which works but his uniform so tan, not yellow, I'm not hating because I'm doing this myself it's just a tip 🙂

On "Microsoft Office Picture Manager", open the image, go to "edit Pictures", then on the right hand side bar, there is a "Rotate & Flip" option. You will want to "Flip" the image so that when you transfer it on to the fabric, it isn't backwards. :)
