Thanks Phill, I wondered what had happened to this project, nice to see a shed project on a budget that many could aspire to, looking forward to further updates ! Using your new blue claw hammer there I see !

Great work, vapour barrier thanks for that I'd forgotten to order mine until I watched this video I'm going to use that bubble wrap foil, I'm midway through making the base for my workshop, it's kind of a hybrid build using a second hand worshop I purchased that needs some TLC plus a new roof and felt plus osb floor it's just so hot right now (not often we say that) but it's really slowing me down, I'm also doing my best to record it all to share on YT I didn't realise how much additional time that also adds as well 👍

Cheers! I agree with you about the heat the other week it made me feel like I was made of jelly! It's cooler now which I prefer. Good luck with your shed build. Yea the filming does add a lot of time to a project although it's worth it in the end!

Hi Phill, That looks solid and all from pallet wood ,pallet wood can take a lot of weight and to get boards the same thickness is great, I've had pallet wood in the past and they can be different thicknesses and widths. And making good use out of the old pallet nails they a good to use and building sacks make a good vapour barrier any thing like that is good I've used the 1 tonne gravel or sand bags. Looking forward to the next part of your Dad's shed build, catch you soon Take care

Cheers Shaun 👍🏻 actually I had to pick these boards out from my collection of pallet boards to get them all the same thickness. This took a while. Luckily I always keep a load of boards to work from. I might use the sacks to line the walls also. Want to use up all the stuff I have found recently 😆

Good Morning Phill , I,m following along on this series with the intention of copying your build eventually….a shop bought feather board shed is 20 years old here and just “hanging on “ ….do you think you will complete your shed / KZbin clips before winter? Best Regards Peter P

Hi Peter, thanks for following the series. Yes I do plan on getting it finished this summer. Trying to make the most of any good weather. Currently cutting all the framing from scrap wood. 👍🏻
