If I have an rfi 787 can I do the top end with out pulling then engine? Or do you recommend just pulling it. Reason I ask is because of the cylinder drain lines on the back look like a pain to get to

Where do you guys recommend I look for replacement oil lines and clamps, I’m trying to get my 95 xp x4 hull back in business but she’s leaking a lot of oil below the carbs, I’m almost positive that’s where the leak is coming from. Thank you for your videos! They really help a lot!

the only thing that needs replaced on the carbs is bowl gaskets and float valves, and clean the rest. Anything else is not only a waste but a pain. The rest doesn't wear out and is metal

Hello, I have a 1996 Sea-Doo GTX that the front piston fried and was dry and it is loose on the crank, do I need a new crank now or not? I know I need a new cylinder sleeve and piston.

I have a 95 xp x4 hill leaking oil, I need to replace the oil line beneath the carbs, any help would be greatly appreciated. It’s the line that goes directly from the oil tank to underneath the carbs.

How do you know if it’s a.787x or 787? also what is that mod on the rave valves and what does it do?

It will have an engine tag that says X and the cylinders will be bored to 1st over. Cylinder part number should end in 212

Do you guys perfer the 787 over the 717? Looking to buy a couple. Also how come the 97 spx is not popular?

787. I think the yellow and white is really nice but others maybe not. Were building one over the winter this year

Entire engine is getting rebuilt. This is also the ski we did the winterization video on soooo that was coolant.

I wonder if the exhaust pipe beside the motor can be pulled out without removing the engine ?? And super straight forward !! Keep doing video on those XP 👌👌

Yes, remove the grey MPEM box, two Allen keys on the exhaust to remove, loosen coupler and pull through your new path.

Sweet. I have a 98 gsx limited with a 951cc my trim went out on me can you do a video of how to fix it Or may be a manual trim like you had put on the Grey/silver xp

The only fix would be to buy a replacement trim from ebay or a part out. The manual trim is about $450 for a old used one and the Trim Fix is a bad option

I have a question, maybe you can help me. I have a jet boat with a 657x. Do you think it's the same size as a 787?

It’s not, different mounting positions and they don’t make adapters for a conversion. You would have to fiberglass in mounts.
