In this DIY show covers tutorial, I am showing you how I sew these very easy, reusable & washable fabric shoe covers. Some people ignore my "No Shoes Please" door sign, so I'm planning on offering them a pair of these!

Hello @ Ej’s Daughter how do you add the pleather to this shoe? I can’t find any videos on that part.

@@crownedncurls2764 I really had to wing it! I placed the shoe on a piece of paper, drew around it adding 1 inch for seam allowance (this was the pleather bottom), and added fabric at the top then inserted the elastic. I felt like a designer (I'm not!!), and was so glad to finish that project. They looked like elf shoes when I finished! They cover his bowling shoes and I got no complaints. Whew! Good luck!

I'm thinking of adding some terrycloth in the bottom to absorb water from rain or snow. Wish you could show how to do that. But thank you for the basics. Its a great video!

Betty that’s a neat idea too! On a personal note, I wouldn’t put wet shoes in my luggage, I will dry them off first.

I work cleaning houses, we always have to take off our shoes and clean in socks and my feet hurt, i like to stay with my crocs this is a great idea im going to make some to cover my crocs and put glue dots on the bottom to prevent from slipping
