I am watching this vlog for the second time. I enjoyed it so much a few months ago. I think it would be sweet to make the hearts and give them as a gift with a prayer in the pocket. I plan on making some and giving them to someone who is in the hospital or going through trials. Thank you for all your ideas.

It was such a joy watching you create these beautiful ♥️ hearts. I had to quit sewing because it made me so nervous I was constantly messing up the tension etc. 😂. But now I’m wishing I could have a nice simple machine.😅. Anyway enjoyed this one a lot a bit different for a change.❤😊

Your honesty is refreshing!! When they taught us how to use a sewing machine back in 1967 Jr. High Home Ec class, they had us practice sewing on lines on paper. The machine was unthreaded when we practiced. Maybe if you felt more comfortable with the machine it would get easier.Keep trying! You can do it!

@@vintagehomemaker9338 thank you. My mom taught me to sew on her paddle Singer when I was quite young. Took sewing in Home Ec. Made my clothes and my 3 daughters clothes. It seemed as I got older I just couldn’t get my machine to act right plus I had to move and get rid of my big fancy sewing machine due to its big cabinet. A cross between machine and 😬 nerves.🤣😂😢

Lisa... these little stuffies are adorable. I agree that a gift card, love note or jewelry would work perfect. Don't feel bad about messing up seeing machines. I've sewn for years on and off but I have to get my husband to thread the bobbins and remind me how to thread the machine. Lol, he's a good man😊

These are beyond beautiful! I love heart shaped material, wood or metal. Your hearts are just so gorgeous and creative!!! Have you ever thought of making a lace or fabric hanger so that some of these could hang on a wall? I'd stare at it constantly but I'd stare at your creation!!❤ BTW I don't sew either. I really enjoyed watching you create these hearts. It was such a relaxing video. I love how you use your embellishments. I've learned so many things from you Lisa and among them is to save all scraps. I also keep a wide eye on my Senior Centers thrift room. There were bins under the tables and I found a beautiful tapestry, eyelet lace curtains, pillow cases all in great condition. I save the buttons and pockets of no longer wanted clothing. My daughter just gave me a fancy lace blouse that won't fit me but it will be gorgeous on heart pillows or bowl fillers like the ones you made. Thank you for another great video. Glad you bought a sewing machine. I have a new brother sewing machine and I could kick myself for not getting a singer. I've always had Sears Kenmore .
