My good brother excellent job.......I know what you went through with that and you didn't slack off........you did the work to the point where those panels look factory! ....and you didn't even have a "shop" per se!.....I have a similar carpeted deck and I installed wheels underneath to move it around.......The carbon work you did took hours or even weeks but the result is Beautiful! Very Nice.

What size router bit for the slotting? Awesome build!!

Thanks! The router bit for the slot was 5/64. Whatever molding you decide to buy should have a measurement for that since different molding can have different sized barbs. What I would recommend is grabbing a junk piece of wood and testing with the recommended size and seeing if it's too big or too small. Then adjust from there.

Thanks! I bought a 15x5 roll of vinyl and still have some left over, but unfortunately I don’t remember where I put it at the moment so I’m not really sure. Haha
