el cable amarillo del voltimetro debe ir a la salida del emisor del 3055 y no conectado a la salida del lm317 ya que en condiciones de carga el voltimetro muestra un valor no real que por supuesto no hay en la salida de la fuente..lo demas muy bien práctica y sencilla.. SALUDOS

O transformador hoje é fácil de conseguir, basta usar um transformador de micro ondas, tira o secundário e enrola 24 voltas de fio 1mm, calcule a tensão de pico para a tensão ficar entre 34 a 35 volts

Finally i found the problem today ,it was the tip3055 and 7805, all ics were on heat sink and when i unscrew bd139 and 7805 from heatsink circuit worked but unfortunately i shorted probes and the tip3055 died :) i tested it all three pin of 3055 are shorted together
