Wifi 6 mesh so bad. the black one connection very slow compared to old one.

The 10g singtel plan offer this 2 mesh router. Does it even have 10g internet port the video only show 2 port ? Will refund if is same model min should at least 2.5g 3 port. 1 connect from the optic box 1 for the room 1 for 1 the mio tv box.
