I have built a few tracks and all have used copper tape. I never had any problems with power delivery or the tape lifting. The important thing to do is burnish the copper tape after you stick it down. By that I mean use a smooth roller to apply downward pressure on the tape and really smooth it out. I am loving this project and it has me seriously thinking about getting back into the hobby. Thank you for sharing
