@@brang0109 but this booth don't have bass trap and what do you think about ventilation in this booth,do you think I would suffercate
@brang01092 жыл бұрын
@@ramirezwilliam8983 I didn't do it because I didn't need a bass trap, but if necessary, I can put it in the corner. Ventilation has already answered a few times. It is done through a 4-inch hole in the upper left corner of the door and the upper right corner of the inside, and the temperature can be controlled because the air that has passed through the air conditioner enters in the upper left corner of the door. However, during work, if possible, do not use the air conditioner. There is a little noise.

You cant put that shaped ( low density ) acoustic foam directly on hard surface without getting some lower mid frequency reflection. You should have put some higher density foam between the plywood and the shaped acoustic foam. Acoustic foam only absorbs high frequency early reflections. This is gonna sound boomy.

Hey, thanks a lot for the tutorial, I just have one question : if you get inside the vocal booth and scream as loud as you can, will the people that are outside the vocal booth hear you ? (I would like to record loud vocals as Christina Aguilera's for example), also since you posted the video, did you add some ventilation ? If yes could you tell us how please ?
@brang01093 жыл бұрын
If you sing loudly inside the vocal booth, you can hear it from outside. It's not big, but you can tell what kind of song it is. And I pre-installed the ventilation bracket on the opposite roof and at the corner of the door side, so now the air conditioner winds through from the roof side 4-inch tube and little bit filter by fabric. However, there is still some noise, so turn it off when recording. Thanks for your interest.

@@brang0109 Ok, thank you very much !! By any chance, do you have or did you keep any measurements for the booth and the door please ? Because I would like to build the same soundproof booth but I'm no professional and it's a little bit hard for me to draw schemes with measures etc. Also, for the ventilation system, do you have a tutorial or a video or something to help me understand how to do it please ?
