The length of the rectangle for the ruffle hem depends on the length of the total dress you want. So you just need to minus the length of the dress to the length of the top part you made

You are my favorite dress maker on KZbin. I was wondering if you can show us how to make 2 dresses...a fully reversible dress...where all seams including sleeves, hems, and pockets are hidden...therefore wearable either inside or outside with two different fabrics....and how to make a dress with complete french seams including sleeves and pockets. I have searched and searched for how to do this, and I can't find any that include sleeves and pockets. Thank you so much ❤️
