DIY Starbucks Pressure Cooker Egg Bites Recipe - Only 3 Ingredients! Easy & Delicious

Craving those delicious Starbucks egg bites but want to enjoy them from the comfort of your own home? Look no further! In this video, we’ll show you how to make your very own Starbucks-inspired egg bites that are just as tasty, healthy, and convenient.
🥚 What You’ll Need:

6 large eggs
1 cup cottage cheese (I used 2%)
1 cup shredded cheese (I used Gruyère, you can Cheddar or whatever!)
Salt & Pepper
For Toppings
1/2 of a red peppers - pre-roasted
2 strips of turkey bacon
2 pieces of green onions diced
Blend eggs, shredded cheese and cottage cheese until smooth, about 30 seconds.
Pour the mixture into the molds, filling each about 3/4 full.
Add the toppings and make sure they're mixed in
Pressure cook with lids ON in 1 cup of water on high for 10 minutes.
Allow the steam to naturally come out for 5 minutes, and then let out any remaining steam.
Let bites rest for a few minutes before eating
These egg bites can be stored in the fridge for up to 5 days, making them perfect for meal prep!
