Hi Ladies I just wanted to leave you with a tip for striping wallpaper. When you just have that paper bit left on the wall mix boiling water with fabric softener put in a spray bottle. Then spray the wall and paper comes right off. No steamer required 😁 unless you want to...lol

I remember helping my son move house the sofa or settee they had managed to get it in the existing home but they couldn't get it out even with the doors off. Seeing as they were going to buy more furniture for the new place we ended having to smash the damn thing up in the house to get it out. Oh memories . Watching you both Gail & Alex reminded me of that. You 2 are really awesome

LOL, I lived in a sailboat for 20 years and the joke was BOAT stands for "Break Out Another Thousand." Not only did it always take more time and money but because it was a boat you often had you body bent into pretzel shapes. It's nice at the age of 73 to be on dry land but the project still cost too much and take too long, it least I don't have to become a pretzel. I have to say that I think living on my boat has kept my very flexible, it just takes longer for me to unbend myself.

A helpful tip for removing wallpaper, 1/2 water + 1/2 white vinegar, sponge it on wallpaper (if it’s vinyl you have to score it or peel the vinyl layer off) then once it’s fully wet let set for 10 min, then either peel it off in full sheets or use a putty knife and it will scrape off with minimal effort! This also works well for removing popcorn ceilings that have not been painted in oil based paint. I have renovated dozens of homes and have stripped truckloads of wallpaper. I have only once had this method not work. The wallpaper had been applied with a different kind of adhesive than wallpaper glue. Nice work ladies ❤ your making much great progress!

I can’t help thinking one of those beautiful branches at 10:30 would look good spanning the ceiling/wall in a corner of your craft room. Imagine bead strings, chandelier crystals, etc. hanging from it😊. Of course, it would have to be in halfway decent shape.
