Thank you! I create a thin "skin" with the Triple Thick and allow it to dry. That way, I can brush on a thicker coat of Triple Thick and it won't soak through the stiff, white felt.

Can you use regular felt and starch them let them dry but put parchment on top of it with a heavy book so it dries flat then put triple thick on one side- if your doing both sides then let it dry and repeat on the other side but let it dry and continue with the tutorial?
