-About the speakers: These speakers are from two diferent speaker cabinets with 60 watt speakers each, both of them had tweeters atached.
-The subwoofer was from an home cinema kit, and its 100W.
-The batteries have PCB and are charged with external charger.

Its very loud, and stable​ at maximum volume, you can use sd card, pen drive, bluetooth, line in, it has radio with antenna connection, can record sound and it have a remote control.
You can also use random play, repeat folder, folder select, 10 seconds music play and change to next song.

Looks impressive with all those woofers but lacking in bass considering. I would have just used two speakers with a different kind of sub woofer because woofers like those in such an enclosure will be very difficult to achieve bass and those would be nowhere near there performance. Great video I always enjoy watching build videos.

Thanks, i used what i had at the moment and i want it to be portable, if i used the aproximated cabinet sizes for the speakers compartments i would ended up with a 5 or 6 times bigger box ;)

besides what's already been pointed out about the technically incorrect enclosure, it's a bad idea to use non-identical drivers in the same airspace. also, you will get a clearer sound with real crossovers. any filtration built into those amp boards is inadequate.

In your schematic, you failed to show speaker phasing/wiring. At least I didnt see it. This is important with your design, because your subwoofer speaker is in the back and not in the front, therefore it has to be wired out of phase compared to the front speakers, otherwise you create a standing wave that cancels each other out and you lose alot of bass/sound. The other biggest reason is you have the port coming out the front which will exacerbate this problem.

Nice work matey, you've inspired me to build one, im gonna change it a bit, mdf instead of chipboard, up the volts to 12v( ive got a load of spare 18650's from recycled laptop batterys), and make it look like a military hardware case!, i could'nt copy yours.....as its yours!!. Nice job but that subwoofer would probably sound better. With 2 passive radiators on the side. Versus a tiny ported enclosure. It looks like the internal air space is to small to be ported. And properly tuned, passive radiators work better for small enclosures.

Seems to be a way to use up left over parts. Why two different woofers in front. Why no tweeters? The smaller ones don't seem to be up to that task. The rear woofer has to little box volume to be ported.
