It's no surprise that littlleeextra rice berry is a best-seller in sunscreens. I’ve observed noticeable changes in my skin. My older hyperpigmentation has slowly vanished. Be sure to apply the two-finger rule for your face and neck. Don’t just slather on the sunscreen. Proper application will make it work wonders. Try using it with the rice berry face serum and moisturizer. Over time, it’ll make your face glow and you’ll receive plenty of compliments.

Hello Dr.! I have seen and followed some your remedies and got a really good results. I like your positivity through your smile always, but for this one, I don't completely agree with you, as the proportion of every single ingredients in a sunscreen, needs to be researched by a scientist, is a complex work. We can not just make a DIY, as we are not sure about, whether it will actually work or not. Sun ray is rally strong and it is recommended to use sunscreen when we are inside, too. So, umbrella can not provide us with a full protection when we are outside, but it does to some extent. We are all aware of the chemicals, not only in sunscreen, but in everywhere, in today's world, so skipping sunscreen is not only the option to abstain from all environmental pollution, but it is actually needed to protect ourselves from the harmful Ray's of the sun, specially 12-4pm, although there is harm in there, too. We should try to use Organic Baby Sunscreen, with less harmful chemicals in it. With much respect to you.

Here in Australia a new sunscreen takes about 10 years to reach the retail market because of the extensive research and human trials involved. All American spf 50 suncreen downgrades to spf 30 by our Cancer Council and we have the strictest guidelines in the world. Probably because we have the highest rate of skin cancer 🤔. Even newborn babies have specific sunscreens made exclusively for them, thats how seriously we take sunscreens.

can u suggest some good sunscreens?
@spoorthyreddy80312 жыл бұрын
Thats totally true Milli.. I live in Australia currently but when I was back in india I really never needed a sunscreen. Used it during outdoor sports. I didn't really get tanned. But here I can see my skin health has drastically gone down in Australia, so I started using sunscreen after someone recommended it and my skin is getting to normal. I think it is because of the ozone layer difference in two countries.
@exploreruniverse3463 Жыл бұрын
@@spoorthyreddy8031I too have the same issue. I used to be out in the sun back in india without any sunscreen and that too in scorching afternoon sun. But living in USA, my face has become so sensitive
@supriyasp2287 Жыл бұрын
That is the problem here. As you say there is a tones of strict guidelines are there in your country for sunscreens. So most probably strict guidelines are there for other chemical based skin care and haircare products right. But here in India we don't have any strict guidelines for these types of products. So manufacturing company putting a lot of harmful chemicals in their products too. As for sunscreen there is not only toxic ingredients but also unapproved chemical filters also used. Most of these sunscreen filter are rumoured to be absorbed by blood streams. So using these Sunscreen we get protection from sun or not is one thing. But will definitely get other diseases.

What would you like to say on this sir?!And one of oldest dermatologist said the same thing you said, he also asked me to not use or use in limit that sunscreen nd go for mechanical protection like hat, umbrella or scarf. If mechanical protection is then there is no need of chemical sunscreen but now am confused whom to trust.

Physical protection from uv filters are effective but it's very hard to cover up your entire body. Yes, hats and umbrellas block out some uv rays but they don't give you maximum protection. The only way you can be protected 100% is to cover yourself with uv protective clothing (our regular clothes don't protect us a lot from uv rays as they are not that tightly knit). As this is impossible to do, using broad spectrum sunscreen (sunscreen that has both UVA and UVB filters) along with uv protective clothing (or covering yourself as much as you can) is the best thing you can do against sun damage. You can watch these two videos by a chemist providing you with research and scientific evidence on uv protective clothing and why diy sunscreens don't work: kzbin.info/www/bejne/q5ycppR4ipVla6s kzbin.info/www/bejne/l4WxlJWCfb-oqcU
