I have seen people making a flower out of old plates. I believe you use copper rods as the stem glued to back of plate. Stay cool. Keep the cute summer DIY's coming. 😻

Oh, I did that. I found a tub just like that out in an old boat a took and painted the outside,and planted different sedums in it .Is lovely but I I decorated it with Metal flowers from dollar tree .love your idea tho and will have to try that with old sinks laying out back.i also painted ducks outside the tub.everyone loves it. I used stencils to paint on the tub.

I love it! I just finished my front porch so I don’t have the room. But I just bought a smaller galvanized bucket so maybe I should try a miniature one. I!ll be on the lookout for ceramic toy dishes and maybe use a bathroom sink facet because they are smaller. If not, there is always next year.

I did! I made it years and years ago, way before I was on KZbin. It’s a bowling ball! I covered it in the little flat glass pieces from dollar tree. I used a water proof silicone to attach them. I will put a little blip about it in an upcoming video (I’m going to show some of my past projects). Thanks for asking!

The sweet alyssum have a pretty perfume scent so the deer and bunnies leave them alone. They prefer my hostas! I haven’t had a problem with the wash tub garden :) The area you saw fenced is what I call my “bunny garden”-all the flowers I can’t seem to keep the bunnies out of!
