DIY Tire Changer - Improved V5.0

I have continued to develop my tire changer beyond changing motorcycle tires by testing it against car and light truck wheels. What I show in this video is an improved machine that will still handle a motorcycle wheel without damage, but much more. At the end of the video, I include information that should help you build your own changer.
The "Toon" tires used in the video are 18 year old, 35" x 12.5" tires. When standing off the vehicle, the tires look like something drawn for a cartoon. Therefore, the name. They are the same tires used in the development of my bead breaker.

You've been busy this winter. That looks like a substantial re-work from November, but the end result looks solid. I like the hinged top support arm.

That top support arm made a big difference. Everything stays in alignment as the duck head is rotated around the wheel rim. It seems easier to rotate. I wonder if I could have stayed with the 3 clamp system.
