Nice set up. Use loctite on the bolts so you don't need to constaly retighten them.

I wanna get a topper on my 6 ft bed, I was hoping the handlebars would clear the roofline. Guess not. Hitch I go I guess

Stop the video at 2:05 Your liner screws above your bar towards the top of your back wall, unscrew them. take your bar with some washers and attach it to the back giving you that extra room needed to close the tailgate and no bar going across your bed. You’ll need the double holed bar not the single like in your video

Did it work? I am thinking about getting rail for the front of the bed. I guess this would be a lot cheaper only if it works.

I just bought a '22 Tacoma, and this is a simple solution to carrying our MTB's to our camp.

Why didn't you just put the mounts on the side rails?
@etr41n2 жыл бұрын
I guess I'm not 100% sure what you mean, but if you put the mounts on the sides, the bike would have to go in the other direction and the bed of the pickup isn't wide enough to fit a bike. The bike needs to be oriented in the direction I have it, front to back, not side to side. Not sure if that's what you mean, but I'm open to any suggestions!
