Hi Angie, glad to hear you're feeling a little better. Can you pleSe tell me how much a pack of the Perennial Lavender DSP is and how many sheets do you get? I'm a little weary of ordering from Stampin' Up! again. Because last year I ordered the acetate that had the gold stars and confetti on it. It was pretty expensive plus shipping. And I only got 3 sheets. Whereas I believe you said it came with 12 sheets or more. So I'm just curious before I consider ordering from them again. But I saw Perennial Lavender DSP being used by another Stamping Up! Damonstrater on KZbin. Thank you, in advance, for your help. ❤

Hi Marcella, the Perennial Lavender is 12 sheets double sided. It’s $12.50 plus shipping, which I believe is $6.95. The acetate never comes in 12 sheets, I’m sorry you misunderstood , it always has less sheets because it’s just a more expensive material and when it’s printed it’s even more. They are a really good company, I feel bad you had a bad experience. If you are ever not happy, please reach out because their customer service is really good, they want you to be happy. 🤗

I did try to reach out to them and call their customer service number a couple times, but the hold time was always ridiculous, like 90 minutes, so I just dealt with it.
