Tip?: stick a safety pin in your paper towels. Keeps them from unrolling when that’s might be a problem. A small black magnet at the side will hold the pin when not used. You two are absolutely AMAZING!

Have you considered some type of magnetic anchoring system for a clothesline from the rear door to the front cabin of the van , so you could hang hand washed items while you are driving or out hiking and you don't want to drape unmentionables on an outside clothesline? You could do it with a couple of 20lb magnets with a hook and just use whatever type of cordage you've got in the garage lying around.

You can put hooks on the ceiling above where the toilet is. Put a shower curtain on the hooks on the ceiling, then a jug full of warm/hot water you can heat with your stove. A storage for the toilet can be pushed under that other couch of yours, like a Coby. Like what you did in your bus. Another drape, or shower curtain will be handy though. Just an option of you want to try your shower/toilet like this in your future. You can put more cabinets on the other side of your van. Your food storage can go there. Just a suggestion. I would like to suggest you find a way to store your extra food that is under the couch bunk, in some kind of plastic container or something mouse proof, as the day will come when you get a visitor and will regret having that food just sitting exposed and easy to get into.

Very nice van. Just a suggestion putting two wooden doors on the back so if you wanna open the back doors for breeze or whatever nobody can see your bikes ect even if the hinges were in the middle opening like the outside doors

Very good guys!!! Nice use of the space you have. The van should have minimal mechanical issues so it's better than the bus in that sense. I saw your video in N.C. where you had to wait days for a repair. So no more of that!!!! Safe journeys!

Really well thought out van build in terms of the craftsmanship and engineering . Ending was really cute with Natalie's folded arms on Jimmy's shoulders . In addition to the barrel bolts for the drawers , do you think rigid pipe straps would aesthetically work where you then can slip a 3' or 4' dowel through the loops so with at least one drawer 'bolted' the rest of the drawers should be safe from accidentally opening .

I love your van--one of the best things is those quilted window coverings--I have seen van dwellers go cheap with home made covers that ultimately fail--when I build mine I want those quilted ones--I know they are pricey but I think a good thing to spend $$ on--and I love that your van is all electric--I will do that, too--I will have a microwave cause it's all I usually use now

Great tour! Thanks for showing us around. I have a 3500 ext, and I love my van, but there are decisions you made that I wish I went with (for example 2 Maxx air fans and no AC). How do you recommend fixing something above the back doors (like the vines you have)? I have an idea of what I'd like to put there, but can't quite figure out how to install it. Thanks!

Hey! We had a framing piece of wood that we screwed into that little “bump-out” and then screwed some cup hooks into that wood to hang the vines. So you can still see the metal of the van if you look from underneath the vines, but hides it well if looking head on 😊 I hope that helps or at least makes a little sense!
