Loved it! I’ve been looking at Evergreen Fog for a bit - it’s very similar to Pigeon by Farrow and Ball. Thinking about doing it in my office, so I also loved seeing a video of it on a wall as opposed to just pictures. I love your wall, it turned out so neat with the trim arrangement!

Super nice, but why was the glue needed? Wouldn't the nails be enough? The future owners who perchance want the boards removed will have to re-drywall the whole wall.

Adding to this, I'm slightly annoyed they didn't align the wood with the outlet - it's often the case for quickly done DIY projects, to overlook details that might be a problem in the future, but they seem to have had enough resources to step back, take a 5 minute break and do some measurements beforehand. Right now it's somewhere in between, neither centered, not algned to any other line.

Yeah thats a great Idea. Honestly its a personal choice but I highly recommend taping the design first so that you can visualize better and decide if you like it:)

If you happen to know EXACTLY what measurements you need as well typically (unless things have changed) an employee at the hardware store can cut it for you for free if you get the materials from Home Depot or Lowes. Again I don't know if that has changed since the last project I did but they cut plexiglass panels for me for free. I was making a tray for the bottom of a container I had to make a mini green house for my cacti XD

I love love love your accent wall, but I unfortunately inherited an accent wall from my home’s previous owner which I do not like in the least. So, on behalf of all home buyers, please please please, use just nail gun if possible. It is near impossible to take down anything a fixed to drywall with liquid nails. I learned the hard way and had to have all the drywall redone from scratch.
