She does have both. Most sewing measuring tapes has inch on one side and cm on the other side.

I don't understand your comment. I am reading the measurements right now and she has listed them in both cm and inches with a yellow background so they are easy to see. And @melissa makes an excellent point about measuring tapes 💛
