Great video! We actually bought a Berkey a few years ago and since we use so much filtered water, we decided we wanted an additional filter, and made a homemade 5 gallon Berkey out of food grade 5 gallon buckets. I wish we had thought of using the stainless pots like you did (instead of baby pink plastic!) so our filters would match eachother! 😅 We wound up buying the sight glass spigot which I really love because I always know exactly how much filtered water is left. 👍🏼 May the Lord bless you all for sharing your videos!

Oh, my! I am SO thankful you did this video! We have been in such a quandary as to what to do. It is on my mind every single day, and to be honest, we have been overwhelmed with not even knowing where to start to remedy this concern. I know, without a doubt, that God led you to do this, and you explained everything SO well. We are not too mechanicly inclined and got rid of most of our tools when we downsized, but we will try to figure something out, Lord willing! Jacob's woodworking iis amazing!
