Thanks for this video. My walmart version had rusted my sweat and rain, from using it outside. I was about to fix it, but had no clue of its parts, because they fell out. LoL!!! Thank you!!!! I really appreciate it!!!

I noticed that a rope like a crossrope is a much better rope to have in the long run. while it is expensive there are cheaper alternatives online you can get. I personally get a much better workout with the ropes themselves being weighted and not the handles. plus you don't have too deal with the ropes getting kinks and curls while using it
