I think it's important to have a disclaimer for the candle to do it at their own risk and to do the research on what's safe to use as some of this stuff could be a fire hazard. Some herbs and foliage are actually toxic and not mean to be in direct fire. Chunky crafting glitter or confetti can be dangerous and flammable because they're made with plastic and metal. So please keep that in mind.

@ghastlymarie5 жыл бұрын
Olivia Richey no it’s not, please do your research. That would just make it an inverted pentacle or pentagram
@victoriavidaud5 жыл бұрын
Olivia Richey A pentagram is the literal definition of the shape, can also be called a star pentagon (a polygon with the five points) versus something like a hexagon (six points). The star being upside down is just a variation used in different religions, like how a cross is used for Christian religions, and an upside down cross is used for some other religions. It doesn’t make it not a cross, just the orientation :)

hey its important to remember that dream catchers are part of a closed practice! it belongs to the indigenous peoples of north america and so people outside of their groups should not be making dream catchers. there is a very specific way to making dream catchers that is ritualistic, and they have very specific colours and type of wood and cords used, and have a ritual for acquiring the wood . please if you want a dream catcher commission one from an indigenous person or buy one from indigenous people! do not make one yourself. it is part of a closed practice and we as witches must respect that.
@gregory87574 жыл бұрын
We are making our own dream catchers and respecting their culture, there's nothing wrong with being inspired? You should tell that to the factorys who mass produce dream catchers. There is no rule that states only set people can make dream catchers. Anyways, they are only for ourselves so there's no point telling us not to do something. That's like saying only witches can wear or make pentacle or pentagram necklaces. That's just wrong.
