Love the content as always. I'm also in the DMV and I'll to take my bass boat out more often next year. I'm a rookie, didn't grow up fishing or boating, still learning so I can enjoy it safely with my little guys. I have a center console and have gone thru two boat covers, ripped. I'll be making a pvc boat cover frame that will absolutely look like trash but maybe that can a future video for you to tackle for the community 🤙

Great idea. I was actually thinking of making one now that I'll have a boat outside 24 - 7. Stick around. Let me see what I can come up with.

I have said over and over but it should be repeated again. The attention to detail!!! Could you imagine if everything made today applied half the detail you do...... Things would last forever. Great video. Tight Lines!!!

Is it necessary to apply resin on marine plywood? Thanks for the videos. I'm changing the floor of my boat. And I don't know what type of plywood to use. If you can help me, I'll appreciate it.

Am I wasting my time trying to rivet my plywood to the aluminum instead of just screwing it?? My dad keeps telling me rivets are the only way

Currently working on my own boat right now. From everything I've seen an easy way to do it is flat, self tapping screws. Get a carpet knife and cut a small X, just large enough for the screwhead to go into and put the screw into the board/aluminum. With the flat top screw you are able to then re-glue/adhere the carpet over the screw. This will help prevent any injuries from screws. Good luck!
