Thank for this build ,But I have made about 10 of them using 45* and I always end up with a gap of about 1/4 of an inch I have checked and re checked my degree. please help me figure it out

Hmmm, not sure why this would be happening? Sometimes when ai do a lot or repetitive cuts I use a stop block to ensure everything is uniform. That might help?

Can you make them smaller for hanging on a tree? What would the dimensions be?
