These barstools are beautiful and I love how you made a template to construct the barstools, as I’m a visual learner and this helps so much. One suggestion that would make it easier to add seat cover and less burning of fingers, use a staple gun to secure the fabric to the wood and it’ll make it tighter. I love your mother and daughter team and appreciate all that you do for the doll community.

Amazon has silicone thimbles to protect your fingers when hot gluing. I've used them a few times, but most of the time I forget them.
