I wish I'd had this video a couple of years ago! I'd thought about making one, but hadn't worked out the mechanics of it. Now, I might just have to make one simply because I can. Thanks!,

Thank you, I was wanting to buy one at Christmas but the prices for them was more than I was willing to pay, the cheapest was $269 AUD I understand someone had to do the work to make them but to me that was way too much, I might of considered if it had been 1/3 of the price or even half of the price. I had a fair idea on how to make it in the first place, but after watching you I know I can make it out of the cedar off cuts that I have just have to glue some if the blocks together first. As my hangs of yarn are double to triple the size I will have to look at making mine to have room for a huge cake size. I wanted to make mine so that I could place the toilet roll tube onto the spindle so that I can make for running multiple yarns off a colour wheel for fair isle knitting.
