If you don't have a wood filler you could always use a white or off color soap to fill in the holes or a crayon

Instead of doing the mod podge on the fabric as you scrunch it paint the fabric with mod podge first and before it dries completely start scrunching it to the desired effect.

Stiffy works better than modpodge, in my opinion.

That's an excellent point. But also, I am one of those artistic people who enjoys making things. I have met other artistic creators who make paintings, 3D board puzzle pieces, flower arrangements, PDF calendars as well as journaling art-deco stickers. Then, these items go on sale on their websites. It is a full-time job while others such as visual art, photography, or wooden carving can be passive income, commissioned work. It pays top dollars. If you don't enjoy these ideas. It's completely okay. It is not for everyone. Have a wonderful week! 😊 ❤
