This is the best way to make this style bag because you start at the top by sewing the top part of the shoulder strap together. The other methods do that part last and it's harder and more confusing. If you stumbled across this method, this is the one you need! The other methods are harder. You found the right spot!

Very good video with easy instructions. I like the fabrics you chose. I thought it would need interfacing as fabric looks thin. Haven't tried making it yet but have made several bags from your other tutorials. TFS.

I love your videos. Thank you. I want to work with furniture upholstery for making bags but I'm new at sewing and not sure how to sew my handle ends together. No matter how careful I think I am being, they always seem to end up different widths. And your bags are so easy, but I'm not sure if I would be able to pull thick upholstery material through that thin handle tunnel. Ugh.....Do you have any tips for workingbwith thick fabrics?

I just cut my handled 4"-5" if it's really thick materials. Hope this helps.. try different sizes on scrap materials and see which width is easier to turn for you. I love this channel she does make everything doable!! Good luck, you'll get it figured out I'm sure

Did anybody have the measurements? It went by so quick I wasn’t able to write them down and they’re not anywhere that I could find at the end of the tutorial. Thank you for your help

Pamela Anderson : Apologize for that, The measurement at the beginning of the video. Thank you.

Dear Pamela, what I do is, play the video, when the measurements part, I pause it and screenshot it. Then I jot down the measurements on my book. That's what I do. One cent of idea.
