@bmcafee8 Yes. As mentioned, stop start all the way through to note fabric and sizes required, then place together to see how much overall before starting. 🙂

Ok so what size zippers did they use and size of the straps

It's frustrating not knowing but what I perceive ... 1st one, fabric is 25cm wide so I would probably do 20cm zip and then do tabs on each end which can be trimmed once completed (maybe 5- 6cm long). 2nd zip. Fabric is 18cms wide. This zip has a tail so depending on how long you want the tail, I would go 25-30cms zip. For the 3rd zip, Interfacing is 21cm then the slit is smaller. I'd say 20cm. But you could buy 25cm and cut off excess. I don't buy rolls of zipper tape yet. You could make that slit whatever length you want really. The zip really depends on what your slit measurement ends up being. 🙂 I hope this all helps but that is how I see me doing it. Straps looked about the length doubled. Length being 23cm. Maybe 46-50cms x 2 straps Depends on how long you want it, pin and check b4 sewing that it feels comfy. Good luck. Sorry about the epic comment lol.

Hola!! Tenete fe❤ te aconsejo que hilvanes todo para corroborar antes de coser todo bien, al principio yo hacía eso, y deja siempre 1 cm de margen de costura... Si no te animas con este, en el canal tiene otros bolsos un poco mas fáciles para empezar, pero ánimo! Cuando lo termines vas a estar orgullosa de tu trabajo ❤ mucha suerte!

The spun bound is a fusible interfacing. I don’t know what brand it is. I will be using Pellon 808 for my bag and reducing the measurement by 2 centimeters all the way around to reduce the bulk in the seams. I don’t know what brand you have in NZ, but I think you can google a comparison. I hope this helps. 😊

Hi. I live in Australia but like to sew in inches too. Most tape measures and rulers have cms on one side and inches on the other. Save's a lot of converting. 😊

Love the bag but I have one negative comment. Why don't you give the maximum meterage of the fabric first? It takes ages to go through all the pattern pieces to see how much fabric is needed to complete the bag.
