When you're assembling the panels via the pocket screw holes, do you need to pre-drill into the receiving panel, or just put the screws in and don't worry about splitting?
@DIYCreators
@DIYCreators 5 жыл бұрын
No, need to predrill. I never had the receiving wood spit. I have drilled hundreds of holes.

I love it, such clean lines and a great fresh look. Brilliant for a walk in closet or for an open storage in a hallway for those jackets and shoes that seem to have no home when the children come in. So versatile and a great look.

Absolutely my favorite creator on here. Simply because, You are extremely explanatory. Thou I don't have half the tools you have for professional outputs in my home, I absolutely love your contents. They teach me a lot. Question: Do you have a video on how to make a "transformable wall cabinet / table"? I would love to see you do this and explain each stage while making. Of course, the modern way :)

This looks perfect to use in a guest room since the closet is usually full of storage items. I think it's big enough to make guests comfortable, but not so big it takes up room uselessly. This is a great project!

even though I don't make stuff myself (yet?) I watch quite a bit of maker channels, and I've realized there are 3 things that determine if I subscribe: 1. They know what they're doing, and explain it in a concise way that a non-diy-er like me can understand. 2. they have great production value; not necessarily artsy-fartsy shots, but well planned and edited video and audio. 3. they have a good speaking voice (I don't care how good you are, I can't watch someone that sounds like Gilbert Godfried for very long). btw, your "where I'm at" graphic is brilliant and makes it easy to follow along.

@2:24 in the video -- Be sure to add a stopblock to the beginning of your fence if you're going to be using your miter gauge to do the cut. If you're running your piece against the fence while also using the miter gauge, you risk kickback.
