Also macerators should always be pointed downward and above the holding tank. Standing saltwater sat so long in that pump that it protruded into the motor. I've seen so many prematurely fail when installed horizontally. Many boat manufacturers install them horizontal which is so bad for them.

hey great video, you should try to rename the title that includes "RV Macerator pump" they both have the same macerator pump. That way you can get more viewers and help more people out.

Can Macerator be installed vertically? Pulling against gravity from holding tank?
