I always had a coffee cup while on the go with projects. Even today in our condo I had to use some aluminum stock for rack leg supports as we double the shelves in every cabinet. I used Drexel to cut the stock, but first I had to get my coffee out of the zone to keep it clear of aluminum cuttings! Coffee safety first!😊

I live in a mobile home. One day, the roofer I had hired told he lived "in a real home". Crappy comment, just as bad as the leak he never fixed right I suppose. Mobile homes are real homes and I love mine. I love that it was affordable, large enough to live in comfortably, and I am not 350k buried in debts.

I absolutely love your eye for detail. It is an amazing transformation. There are mobile home manufacturers that will be eyeing that tile trim as an option for finishing their new models. I laugh every time the clown scissors make an appearance. I hope you are able to find more trim.

Yes, Ashley I see a noticeable change in you since you got to Florida!! You just seem overall more happy & relaxed. You both seem to appreciate the 12 month summers & seem to really enjoy being outside. Like you, I spent decades living in the Northeast & not being an outdoor sports person I just lived for the warm months. We shouldn’t waste our precious time wishing for time to pass to enjoy 6 warm months!! So glad you found what you wanted in Florida- it suits you!!

When I saw the new J channel I yelled “schluter” ! I used this awesome system for my remodeled bathroom and all the tile work :) Doug you really take “thinking out of the box” to next level. I’m really enjoying the renovation of this old mobile home. Our first home was a 1985 Mays Forrest Park 14x76 mobile home that we bought brand new. I know this is too much info but this renovation and how nice it will be when completed brings back memories of our first home. Doug your problem solving and willingness to think outside of the box is outstanding. I also love how the whole family works together as a team. Love your videos!
