Got to take the price into consideration, Makita is about 4x the price of parkside. I dont mind an extra 30 seconds for a fraction of the price.

extra 30 seconds x however many times you use the tool, not just once as you imply, how much is your time worth? neither are you considering the longevity of the tool and how soon you need to replace it.

I was surprised by how similar they were. I expected a massive difference.

this test is totally unfair ...............first thing first have used the same (brand) tips ? 2nd you can compare tools , but they have to be the same price range .it's obvious if you test the same tool but one costs almost 8 times more than the other one expects much much more lasting , stamina and performance from the first one don't you think ?

Of Course they have to be ! if i buy a 20K car i dont expect to perform like a ferrari o vice versa , so why should i expect a few bucks tool to perform like a 200 one ?

These cheap tools from discounters are usually trash. Even hand tools are many times not straight. The same bad quality for the same price, you can get it elsewhere. Lidl and co. aren’t worth it.
