I observed some things why its very efficient and power full 1.good lubrication 2.the winding wires are thick meaning low resistance 3.copper wire (for low resistance) 4.the core or armature has thinner iron sheets reducing eddi currents(reduces waste in mag reverse bias) 5.damn it has tungsten brushes 😂i didnt expected that 6.good air flow to keep it cool 7.forgot to say it has strong neodymium magnetic

You can also make high speed motor by removing the old coil and replacing with thicker gauge copper wire for the new winding.

Yes but it will not perform the same and will not last long. the conventional brushes will melt down because of high current and high heat.. And the heat will also reduce the power of ferit magnet..and also the ball bearing is better the conventional bush bearings. So overall converted motors will not be the same..

I’m sure you can get a more powerful and efficient motor in the same shell but in brushless form. And with micro ball bearings found i. Some laptop cooling fans. This is cool looking for the motor model but not impressive overall for use. It will age fast without the proper modifications like ball bearings. The higher RPMs without will corrode and choke the motor to death. Cook it in all.

according to my knowledge an experience, bush bearing are used to reduce friction and noise using oil and ball bearings are used to reduce friction only, both have drawbacks bush bearing cannot handle direct load if applied it will increase the friction and damage the bush bearing and ball bearing are tough it is designed to handle load but produces' noise as well.
