If you have one just touch the soleringpoints with a hot solderiron to make connect to each other. Add a but of solder if you have to but it will proberly not even be necessary. The existing solder will proberly be enough to let is flow. I do appreciate video's like this. You don't have to throw these things away simply because they're cheap to replace. They're certainly not cheap to recycle.

Yeah, I had to guess at a few things that were happening in this one... primarily whether that was a bad LED that broke the circuit and the metal tweezers squeezing it completed the circuit (like Operation)... or if it was a perfectly fine LED that had a loose/broken connection and the squeezing fixed the connection, therefore completing the circuit. And then of course I seemed to recall from my high school days that graphite conducts electricity. So the first thing I thought is a simple drop of solder seems like a far better solve than all this. The second thing I thought is how stupid these wordless videos are.

Interesting fix using graphite from a pencil. However the small electrolytic capacitor (C1) near the center of the round circuit board is failing. You can tell because the plastic film on it has pulled back from the top of the capacitor body. This little repair will only last until that capacitor fails...sooner rather than later. Maybe you could do a video on simple surface mount soldering repair?

These kinds of bulbs are exclusively plastic. The better repair method is scrape away the defective led and solder that gap. I question how durable this fix is.

Карандаш это не надолго,лучше всего паяльник,но и это не панацея,потому что с удалением одного светодиода напряжение на оставшиеся будет увеличино,а запас прочности у светодиодов небольшой,вывод простой вся эта возня не стоит затраченого времени

Правильно. И если в доме много испорченных ламп, то можно из одной лампы снять с помощью фенового паяльника рабочие светодиоды, и из один из светодиодов припаять место испорченного, соблюдая правильность полярности. Тогда лампа будет работать как новенький.

Если драйвер нормальный (источник тока), то намного проще капнуть припоя, светодиоды будут работать также, как раньше. Если драйвер хлам, то проще выкинуть лампу. А самый жёсткий вариант - почитать даташит и процентов на 10 занизить ток лампы.

I like the graphite (carbon) its not a great conductor thus replacing the voltage drop of the missing diode. A better solution than just soldering the terminals together. Fun video!

Great tutorial.. The 2 bulbs I tried had all the LED working, just very low light output..seems this time a chip had gone, partly bad..maybe.. FYI..I wear a left hand glove for safety..

всё проще: в канцелярский/пва/момент клей добавляем графитовый порошок, капаем на место удалённого диода, даём высохнуть. эл. проводность такого слоя достаточна для запитания цепи диодов, а сопротивление почти равно сопротивлению светодиода, поэтому прослужит долго. дарю идею.

Если лампа сама по себе гавно дешевое, то она сгорит через неделю даже если добавить лишний светодиод. Лампам нормальных производителей пофиг недостаток одного. у меня корейская лампа горит уже год в гараже без проблем

Resulta que el soldar no provee la resistencia original del LED. Se quemaria un resistidor interno por el aumento de amperaje. Lo mejor seria remplazar el LED.

The 'lead' powder from the pencil is a resistor. The foil isn't a good resistor. It is more like a conductor than a resistor.

вскоре перегорит следующий светодиод. вся проблема в плохом теплоотводе, и здесь она не решена. в дешевых лампах подложка из тонкого алюминия и сомнительный ее контакт с корпусом лампы. теплу некуда уходить. не стремитесь покупать лампы с мощностью более 7 Вт. лучше две послабее, но надежно работающие.дешевле выйдет

кстати нормальные светодиодки на 30 ват,но не всякие конечно,те что с ребристым корпусом долго не живут,а вот другие про версии вполне норм,ну у них яркость со временем немного падает,но эт у всех таких ламп так,а вот у 50 ватной светодиодки уже прилично сильней корпус греется,там рука не терпит.И как не странно еще влияет качество патрона в которую лампа вкручена,и проводов к нему,их диаметра,если там чет не так то сгорит быстро лампа

делал с ними эксперимент,вплоть до доп. радиатора на корпус,через термопасту,все дела,не помогало эт,ну фиг знает мож эт ток мне не везло с такими моделями ламп,сейчас другие лампы,проблем нет

и колбу снимал с них,тоже бестолку,там правильно как люди пишут основная причина либо напруга повышенная на светодиоды,либо ток,там спецом скорей всего так сделано,что бы долго они не работали и лучше продавались,то очевидно,маркетинг такой житрожепый,чинить эти мелкие лампы походу смысла нет

просто срезать колпачки сразу с новой лампы ,для лучшего остывания диодов ,и проблема сгорания уйдет.Я так сделал и они перестали гореть😇just cut off the caps immediately from the new lamp, for better cooling of the diodes, and the combustion problem will go away. I did this and they stopped burning

Можно дырочки просверлить как в самом колпаке, так и теле лампы, тогда теплоотвод возрастет, а внешний вид не сильно пострадает.

Колпачки рассеивают свет. Лучше делать дырочки в них, а не срезать полностью. Я прорезал канцелярским ножом и работают уже года 4, наверное.

Вспоминаю старую поговорку услышанную от электриков -"Не знаешь техникини, не писай на провода". Сейчас буханка хлеба стоит больше, чем эта лампочка. Но вы же не отказываетесь от покупки хлеба. Статистика пожаров в квартирах и домах показывает, что виной всему хозяева жилья, которые пытаются самостоятельно чинить электроприборы вместо того, чтобы купить новые. Но на чужом опыте и чужой беде мало кто учится. Да и на своей тоже. Так что флаг вам в руки!

Судя по кукареканию за кадром операция прозводится в сельской местности а там как правило в эл сетях падение напряжения и это благотворно влияет на срок службы лампы -- увеличивает

Debe ser pega loca (Crazy glue) esta solidifica cualquier polvo o arena, en este caso grafito en polvo del lapiz.

За эти 10 минут я вам отремонтирую 3 таких лампочки. Во-первых испорченный светодиод видно сразу, на нем будет чёрная точка и не надо там ничем тыкать, проверять исправность каждого. Во-вторых не отвёрткой, а ножом быстро сковырнуть его с контактов. В-третьих, используя паяльник 40-70 Вт канифоль/олово пропаять это место, соединив оба контакта накортко. И не надо мудохаться тереть карандаш, искать наждачку именно этого номера, лепить там горбатого до стенки. Мутоты много, а качество ноль.
