The solution to rain collapsing ez-up tents is some cord and tarp clips. Tie a length of cord to a tarp clip, clamp it to the side of the cover then pull tight and tie to a leg or ground stake or weight. Use at least two clips per side. With the cover pulled tight so there's no sag, rain will run off instead of pushing the cover down so water accumulates and pushes the cover down more.

Overall, looks good. I personally think the gallery wall should have been placed higher so you reduce the potential of knocking into the frames when using the table and also so that the flower arrangement wouldn't cover them.
