Yes before they start to complain.. but not before it starts to affect your worlds market. Don't forget market manipulation is a thing here, wich is not just price control but also supply and demand. Wich is affected by concurrent events and the rate of sale on products... Basically if you charge at 19% they won't complain, but it will be affecting you negatively
