All Jake did was review the paperwork and put his opinion on the paperwork out. You can decide whether it’s snitching or not. You can decide whether it’s real or not. That said, prisoners have successfully overturned their cases without much legal assistance. Lawyers get outdueled all the time. Not suggesting these things are the norm, but it’s not outside the realm of reality. Don’t forget regular people are the jury, lawyers just help frame and present the case. You look at the case details and you be the judge, you don’t need either party (Jake or the lawyers) to tell you what it is. All you need is all the evidence to make your own educated decision. So if one party is leaving out most of the evidence what does that say about their logic…it’s the same thing a lawyer would object when favorable evidence for their client won’t be allowed in a specific court case. Moral of this story: don’t follow these rappers, just live a good honest life, it’s really more fulfilling when you and your family remember your legacy.
