Unfortunately for Akademiks the woman already pointed out, being that Cassie sued Diddy and his companies in the role of herself as an employee of Bad Boy during the time all the stuff happened, it wasn’t up to Diddy to settle or defend himself… His liability insurance as a business had to settle the matter. So this isn’t what people think. It’s like if you sue your job for anything, their legal team and whoever handles their workers liability insurance steps in for that. It’s just not “Diddy settled in 24hrs.” He most likely didn’t put up any fight to settle but it probably was out of his hands too.
