First off he's not the only person in the world named Rick Ross and the rapper doesn't look like him, doesn't act like him, or sound like him. The rapper is an entertainer he's not selling a lie, "the real Rick Ross" did something negative with his name, whereas the rapper is doing something legal that 100s of other rappers have done which is use a Gangsta or drug dealers name as their stage name.
