Just a reminder, in this country you are INNOCENT until PROVEN guilty. Just because a person says they were victimized, the person accused is still considered innocent until proven guilty. But I do agree every person should be heard, taken serious and have their time in court. Even still, the case has to be proven. And I don't care for any of these misogynists out here. If they are guilty, they need to be convicted and go to jail, no matter how famous or rich.

I thought this was being prosecuted criminally. Wasn't there video and audio that came out with her screaming while being assaulted or something to that effect?? I just remember her screams were blood curdling. Wait didn't DJ Akademiks leak the footage trying to prove she was at his house to steal money or something and it ended up proofing an assault did indeed place. Somebody help me...am I remembering this correctly??

The video of the screaming was actually Ak's insane and immature girlfriend. He was raided by the police for his FRIENDS (not AK who was sleeping) allegedly r*ing her and everyone was cleared, including Ak. This was due to video footage that was viewed by the police. All parties were cleared of any criminal charges. He actually talked about this on his page months ago and showed her texts and all.

This was already investigated by the police. It isn’t criminal anymore.They wasn’t on her side so she’s going civil. The burden of proof is a lot lower that way.

Duh! Civil is the way to go because there is no protection for either when it comes to the stand. They are both required to testify in a civil case. If he can prove it in a civil case he wins, if she can prove he did it then she wins. He wouldn’t be required to testify in a criminal case.

Your correct there’s not a criminal case currently , but: previously the state took it to the grand jury for indictment, it was 8 to 4 “yes”, so they didn’t move forward, because 12 was needed . They got more receipts now , the statute hasn’t expired, so it’s currently sitting on the desk of the DA to see if they’re now going to try again… This summer’s going to be heavy with all the exposing going on.

Innocent...he was already cleared by the police so the fact that this is a civil case and not a criminal case is important. After her allegations toward his friends ONLY, the police confiscated camera footage from his home since that's where it happened. They confirmed that he was sleeping while she voluntarily had sex with his two friends. Funny how his friends are not mentioned at all, just the guy with notoriety. I watched him talk about this months ago, showing texts from her and all confirming his innocence so this case won't go anywhere. Let me be on the jury lol

His friends are being sued also. This case won't make it to the jury, he's going to settle it. Thirdly, the DA sent this case to a grand jury and the grand jury came back with an 8 to 4 vote, 8 in favor of indictment. He was able to walk because there has to be an unanimous vote by a grand jury in order to indict
