Hello from England Being an ELVIS FAN since the day he died which was 2 days before my 12th birthday we are SO blessed now that we have social media like KZbin to watch lots of videos or interviews with people like DJ who sadly passed away in 2018. There are not too many people left who saw Elvis, Scotty, Bill and DJ as they must be in their 80's now but the people who went to Elvis shows say from 69-77 are still in their 60's. From these concerts there was lots of merchandise that people picked up or were given or things that Elvis threw into the audience. I wonder how much stuff is hidden in people's attics that have been forgotten about? Lots!!!!! Anyway a lovely interview

I'm saddened we lost him & scotty & I never got to meet them. They will always carry a place in my ❤to. Being there from the start & Fontana is from here like myself & James Burton. I like thinking all 4 are playing together again. I know how they met & it's sad that not too many know about Elvis Scotty & Bill being here for a year and a half working hard to get recognized before Tom took over. To me I will always say he was in the right place at the right time & Elvis Scotty,Bill & Fontana did all the work. I know the whole story from beginning to end as I've done some major research to know lol. Not a whole lot do so to know their story. A story that honestly gets pushed out & not told on most documentaries. I can imagine when this was done not much was told then either. Elvis talked about DJ leaving on 1 of the movies & was soo understanding I've seen them in the 1st 4 movies that Elvis did. Love Me Tender is the 1 he couldnt remember and the did jail house rock,Loving you & King Kreole like he said. Scotty and DJ also were in the 68 comeback. Jhonny Cash & James Burton were also on the La Hayride here. May they all R.I.H together

Love Elvis. His was dirt poor. Borderline trailer trash. But great upbringing and Christian values ( I'm neither). He struck big time and reinvent a music genre. His generosity to strangers are legendary. BUT WHY THE HELL DID ELVIS NOT RAISE SCOTTY MOORES and BILL BLACK's PAY?? That's why they quit.
