i like that scratching in this serves a purpose .Its not scratching just to wank off on the decks .The cuttting and scratching serves the mix and adds to the mixing overall.You build a rythm and groove and the scratching adds to that rather than gets in the way.The whole thing works together.Its always nice to see vinyl mixing though i have nothing against other styles of djing but a dj that can mix this well on vinyl can probably mix on anything
