Ive been listening to Hardstyle for a few years now (coming over/morphing from hard house) and to be honest, ive become more and more disappointed. EVERYONE and I mean EVERYONE follows the same format. Every single start of every track is the same format and all the tracks basically starves the listener from the bassline so that when it drops they "go crazy". This is to monotonous for me. I love Hardhouse and it was and still is nothing like this. It keeps the beat going, not stopping every 1:30s for a break. The same goes for DNB. No breaks, just hard and harder. No offence to the producer above or anyone listening, Its just something I picked up a while ago. Its the same with hardcore as well. not the same like the days of Thunderdome. Maybe I'm being petty, but as someone who experienced all of those, this new "style" is really disappointing. You can anticipate the break and that each and every single track will have it in more or less the same place.
