DJ Mixer Player Bad Button and Bad Fader Repair DENON MCX8000

Lets see common problem with DENON DJ Gear, usually its ether unresponsive/stuck button or a bad fader that drops volume when all the way at the end. Lets fix it!

I have the mcx8000 and its been a hardware nightmare for me. This video helped as im dealing with messed up faders lol, had the tracking curve issue like in your video. Thanks

My MCX8000 has been a right pain. Stutter button has the same problem, the switch on the line fader has broken off. It’s already been sent off to InMusic because MCU Display was faulty, when it came back it lasted 3 months then broke again. I was without the decks for a whole summer as they had to wait for the parts. But tbf I find it works better without it, just use a laptop instead! I want to take it a part but I probably mess it up even more 🙄

You cut out the part that I needed, I can’t find what releases the circuit board with the channel faders on

The nuts on the potentiometers, under the knobs, remove the knobs and you’ll see the nuts on the pots.

This is sick man thank you. I have an sc live 4 with the wonky top fader section I’ve been trying to find info on replacing. Can they take generic replacements or do they need to be a certain spec?
