Sway, you’re another legend yourself. You mentioned only 50% of the artists Muggs worked with but that goes to show how many people he’s worked with over the years. His resume is extensive. Most of the artists, I love- GZA, RZA, Method Man from Wu Tang Clan, Slick Rick, Planet Asia, Psycho Realm, among others aside from Cypress Hill. He influenced the Alchemist and discovered a lot of other underground artists, helping them further their career. He’s special and unique- without a doubt.

DJ Muggs doesn't get nearly enough props when it comes to the greatest Hip-hop producers of all time conversation. He's in the top 10, easily. The man literally invented an entire sound that was revolutionary, highly imitated, and recognizable. He was the dude who really had my ear turned toward that West Coast sound even more so than NWA. That funky Cypress Hill shit was a HUGE game-changer. Much love to Muggs.

Thanks Muggs, Soul Assassins 3 gave me faith in music again and I received a lot of inspiration from it. It really brought me back to when music was the main point and not exposure. As the interviewer said, it really has some 90's vibes in it even if the sound designing and rap are new, fresh and cutting edge.
